Location: Jordan is bordered by Saudi Arabia to the east and south, Iraq to the northeast, Syria to the north, Israel to the west, and Palestine to the north. It is situated on the east bank of the Jordan River. Additionally, it has a short Red Sea coastline to the west.
Amman, Jordan's largest city, serves as both the country's capital and one of its principal cities. Other significant cities are Russeifa, Irbid, and Zarqa.
Population and Language: Jordan has a population of about 10 million as of my last training deadline in September 2021. The official language is Arabic, while English is very commonly used and understood.
